Speed radar displays are devices designed to inform drivers about speed limits and their current speed of travel. Their aim is to proactively influence drivers’ awareness of the importance of adhering to prescribed speed limits. They are installed near schools, hospitals, kindergartens, squares, and other hazardous locations with increased pedestrian presence, especially children.
